Architect and Scenographer

Architect and Set Designer lives in Lisbon. Works in urbanism, architecture, interior design, scenography and visual arts. Architect by the University of Coimbra. Studied set design for Theater and Cinema at the University Institute of Architecture in Venice. Studies in architecture and urbanism at the Technical School of Architecture in Barcelona and at the University of Budapest. Received a scholarship from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the University Institute of Architecture in Venice. Between 2012 and 2016, developed curricular/research studies for a PhD in Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Coimbra. Member of the Order of Architects, APCEN and Docomomo International. Collaborations with the architect João Mendes Ribeiro, developing public, private and scenography works. In Barcelona collaborations with architects Elias Torres and Martinez Lapeña, Enric Ruiz Geli and Robert Wilson. Integrates the APCEN project at the Official Representation of Portugal, at the Prague Quadrennial Of Performance Design and Space, in 2015. Develops collaborative projects with the National Museum of Theater and Dance, Order of Architects, Lisbon Concept Fashion Design and Lisbon Architecture Triennale. It highlights the scenography works – Tristão and Isolda for the Évora Contemporary Dance Company in 2018, and O Primo Basílio in 2020, for Companhia Dança em Diálogos.
