She studied Interior Design in Lisbon and Florence. In 1994 did an internship
In scenic design at RTP and began her professional career working on television
In collaboration with the set designer António Casimiro.
In 1997 she became a freelancer in Scenic and Interior Design and started
Working for several production companies such as NBP, Endemol, Shine Ibéria,
SP Televisão, Fremantle Media, Ri Filmes, Valentim de Carvalho and Coral Europa.
She is known for the set design and set decorator of television shows such as
Big Brother, Academia de Estrelas ( Star Academy ) and Peso Pesado ( The Biggest
Loser ), and of the TV series and soap operas Meu Querido Professor, Batanetes,
Morangos com Açúcar, Fúria de Viver, O Jogo, Os nossos dias, Poderosas,
Alguém Perdeu, Golpe de Sorte and the art direction of the film Jogo de Damas.
In 2019 she was coauthor and coproducer of the first edition of an innovative
Design fair Lisbon ID. This event aimed to showcase and promote Portugal´s
best design, as well as foster creative and trade links. It brought together designers,
architects and manufacturers, national and international brands.
In parallel she carried out interior design projects for private homes.
